Subject to applicable law and any controlling transaction-specific agreement, legal proceedings arising directly from these Website Terms shall be brought in an appropriate state court located in Solano County, California, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

23. Entire Agreement Regarding Website Use

They do not replace a separately executed rental agreement, quote, proposal, invoice, credit agreement, or service contract.
